Kohler Associates Architects, P.C. was established in 1963 by Karl E. Kohler. The firm was formed with a goal to provide each client with the highest caliber architectural design service available. We accomplish this goal through an uncompromising commitment to quality, integrity and service to our clients and the industry. The firm is currently managed by Mark A. Kohler and William R. Fletcher.

While specializing in residential architecture, the work of the firm encompasses the spectrum of architectural design at all scales, i.e., commercial, recreational, and religious. Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) serves as The Voice For Real Estate in Northern Virginia and provides a variety of services to its members including educational opportunities, professional standards enforcement, market statistics, legislative reviews, issues lobbying, multiple listing and lockbox services, and more. The mission of promoting “the right to own, transfer and use real property” extends beyond Northern Virginia to serve a national and international community. NVAR assists struggling associations around the world, sharing knowledge about how the industry works in the US with real estate leaders from Poland, China, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, and other areas.
