Acceptable Donations

ReStore accepts a wide variety of new and gently used items. All donated materials must be in good, working condition.

Kitchen cabinets, used appliances, tile, lighting fixtures, decking, flooring, windows and doors are popular items at the ReStore. If you have any of these items new or that you are ready to replace, don’t dispose of them, donate them to ReStore! We can re-sell them so others can put them to good use.

Acceptable Donation Items

Bathroom

• Toilets
• Tubs (not cast-iron)
• Hot Tubs

Building Materials

• Bricks & blocks
• Siding, whole boxes that are not wet
• Drywall, whole sheets
• Full box of shingles

Electrical / Plumbing Supplies

• Less than 2 years old

Electronics

• Televisions
• DVD players
• VCRs
• Radios
• Video games

Flooring

• New carpet and tile only
• Hardwood Flooring

Hardware / Tools

• No rust
• Must be in working order

Home Furnishings

• No stains or tears

Kitchen Cabinetry

• Must not be damaged
• All doors must be on cabinets

Lumber

• 6 ft. or longer

Office Furniture

• Only office chairs, bookcases and file cabinets

Used Appliances

• Must be less than 10 years old

Windows

• New windows only

Miscellaneous

• Cars in drivable condition
• Lawn equipment
• Light fixtures - all parts
• Furnaces less than 5 years old
• Ceiling fans - all parts
• Countertops - granite, corian, formica
• Pet supplies
• Bicycles
• Exercise equipment
