Alexandria Habitat ReStore 5th Anniversary Sale!

For five years, the Habitat ReStore in Alexandria has worked to serve the community by providing an easy and affordable way to improve homes in the Northern Virginia area. The ReStore has strived to offer a venue for volunteers and building suppliers to donate and help make a difference. In turn, their support has built the way to create better homes and a more environmentally friendly way to refurbish housing. To celebrate these past years of success, Habitat is hosting the ReStore’s 5th Anniversary Sale on Saturday, October 24, 2009, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Come join us for an event that is sure to be enchanting, enthralling, and one-of-a-kind! In addition to the 10% off sale, activities will include: food, face painting, raffles, and overall, fun! There will even be a special guest appearance by Radio/TV Personality Jeannie “Kitty of the City” Jones. Jones is also in affiliation with the Grant My Wish Foundation and the Jeannie Jones Mentoring Program, so she is no stranger to service.
